My name is Ms. Zolinas (or as the students call me, Ms. Z) and I am the Elementary School Counselor for the Mullica Township School District. As the School Counselor, I am here to support students in grades Pre-K through Grade 4 in reaching their academic, personal and social-emotional goals.
I have been a part of the Mullica community since September 2019. As the school counselor, I join classrooms for lesson on various social emotional topics such as: self-esteem, self-control, growth mindset and empathy. I also meet with students individually and in small group settings.
As a way to ensure the social and emotional needs of all students are being met, I have provided various resources on children's social, emotional, and behavioral health.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 988 - PerformCare provides services and can assist you in addressing concerns with your child’s behavior and emotional state as well as any intellectual or developmental challenges that may arise. - Psychiatric Intervention Program (PIP) (the screening center for Atlantic County) provides 24/7 evaluation and referrals for individuals to outpatient mental health services or inpatient treatment. Can provide telephone referral, support and guidance. 609-344-1118
